called at around 8:15. Lady who answered was a bit rude. Did not let me know the ETA of my order. Get a call at 9:30, more than an hour later. Could called back and have said it was busy or my order is running late. Never had problems until today. Disappointing. Did not receive the food so I hope they give it to someone who needs it instead of throwing it out. View all feedback.
