Took our friends who travelled from Staffordshire to Hand Hotel on Tuesday 24.10.23. We had praised the hotel to them, however, although food quite good, service not, as waitress very miserable matter of fact!! Chandelier lights were turned off near us after sitting down. No positive atmosphere. Table too near decorative shelf unit so vase nearly fell off! Decor very tired. All in all not a great experience hence 3... View all feedback.
