terrible! after payment by the nase for a tiny part of fish and chips (which they must buy in very specific packages), the fish was full of bones. My 5 years old is swung on a bone. as we were eating there, I went in and informed the cassian and chef of it and got zero answer. no apologies, no refund, no meal replacement. all the money for a little meal we couldn't eat anyway. bad customer service ever.
