We were kindly given a gift certificate for lunch at the hotel, unfortunately we misplaced it and notified the hotel of the issue… they said they had no record of it on file but if we found it they would honour it. Fortunately we did find it, however unfortunately they weren’t true to their word and dismissed it. Don’t buy gift certificates as they don’t keep a record of them and should do.
