I would describe it as typical, greasy, fatty American style food. I had the beef brisket though it was tender, the cut was quite fatty. I'm glad I chose the slaw as a side to counteract the fat from the meat. My Aunty had the pork ribs they were extra fatty with some pieces juicy some were dry.
