very disappointing. the toncottsu wheels. eating was promising. the noodles were however the only thing that was hot on this plate. the pig/chashu was cold and hard. that was cold in the middle. the broth was warm. I tried to warm up my cold strokes with the noodles. moot point! have left a full plate. if a restaurant has a lot on the menu, they do not trust their smokers! View all feedback.
