ZERO STARS!!I have ordered from En Lai Chinese Kitchen for 35 years. It used to be a mom and pop operation, but has changed in recent years. The quality of the food has deteriorated. The service which had been excellent is now disrespectful and sloppy. They rarely get the deliveries correct, and when faced with their mistakes are unapologetic and uncaring.
