Shrimp scampi was way too acidic the chef in the night time argued that is how it’s made, but I’ve had many scampis at seafood restaurants and they don’t taste as terribly acidic as it was that night. He made us a different dish to compensate but with a defensive chef it ruined the night for my parents. I’m pretty sure the white wine had gotten too vinegary, oh well. read more.
