I give a 2 rating only because the setting is quite nice. This is the only thing nice about this restaurant. Service is terrible. It took 30 minutes to get a 1 liter bottle of water (which cost 10 CHF they should be ashamed of themselves for charging this! . We both had the beef filet. It was awful! No flavor! So many amazing restaurants on the mountain and in Zermatt. Skip this restaurant. It is the worst! View all feedback.
