We ate at Ristorante Il Mare as it was close to our hotel (Embarc) and was highly rated. The views of the beach and the town of Zihua are pretty amazing from here. Food was well prepared. Found a really disgusting ‘extra’ in my food, and the restaurant did virtually nothing about it. Offered a bottle of cheap house wine as compensation, still charged my group full price for our evening. I will never go back. Lovely view, but check your food...carefully before eating. Gross!
