This is THE spot. I didn’t go on Thursday but I hear the pozole is the best around. The dish “las adelitas” (carne arrachera) might have been the best meal I had in all of zihua. The people are as good as the food. El jefecito Jose will give you the best service and la patrona chingona Maria is THE BEST. If you run into Pedro or Fernando you’re going to have the best time.
