She was a bit rude when we arrived, not very courteous or hospitable. Very surprising when it comes from a 4 star Swiss hotel. We had no reservation and needed a place to stay for one night. Unfortunately there were no rooms. She could have looked different, polite. We then decided to stay at the Holiday Inn and everything was good again. It's so bad because it looks like a nice boutique hotel. read more.
