This is a wonderful restaurant all year round but the ambience at Christmastime is magical. The service is always impeccable. The only reason I am giving the classic menu 4 stars is because it can be on the heavy side. You have to know there will be butter, cream, gluten, and animal protein in most of the dishes. The food is good, the service is ok and the location is wonderful. However paying 56 CHF for 7dl of sparkling water is just pure non sense and it almost fools customers. Over any value, just simply inflated. I don't recall paying that much for water neither in 1, 2 or 3 Michelin stars restaurants.
