We stopped in at Steamers today for a quick lunch. They offer a soup and sandwich daily special and a choice from two homemade soups. My husband had the clam chowder soup with an egg salad sandwich and I had the same soup but with a fresh multigrain crusty bun. Both of our lunches were hot, fresh and tasty. This used to be a solid choice for lunch or coffee but our lunch visit this past long weekend was a huge disappointment. For starters, just one person manning the entire restaurant.
