I'm sure this cafe used to be the Washington, but it is now called the Promenade cafe. Anyway, we just wanted a light lunch so opted for the home made soup. One lentil and one Chicken broth. Both were really excellent and not expensive. They were very obviously home made on the premises. Service was prompt and friendly. View all feedback.

Can't make a decent cappuccino or latte, Luke warm asked to get it hotter it came back too strong, chips were disgusting, they had a weird taste like old chip fat. Everything takes ages to come.
