I honestly enjoyed every moment when I was there. I booked before I saw the comments and honestly I don't know how this place was before but everything is just so beautiful. Yes I do understand that there's animals, but if you close the doors it's all good... The animals is part of the reason I booked the place. No room service. No phone to call concierge. No laundry service. Do it yourself. No ice get it yourself from bar. No spa salts or scents in a spa suite. Other than that, it was an amazing view with hammock and spa. Refurbished room. odd choices black and chrome refurbished tap wear and handles. AC worked really well. Shower was a bit slow and soft.
