"Very friendly service and accommodating staff. Was a nice meal, not the best pizza ive had but pretty good. Kids meals were specially made pretty much off menu and the atmosphere was nice with optional open air or aircon rooms. Happy to eat here again."

"We had dinner here one night and it was ok good but nothing special. Probably wouldn't order the butter chicken again though, it was not very nice (not proper butter chicken) Someone told us that the pizza was the thing on the menu to get. We went past another day and thought to try a pizza and it was really nice. So definitely recommend the pizza"

"We had the pleasure of dining here at the Anchor Bar restaurant recently on our Airlie Beach holiday and we can only say what a relaxing and delightful experience. A beautifully arranged area for diners with an awesome view and easy access. The burger was beautifully prepared and the chips were cooked perfectly. The Ribs were just a treat and the smokiness was nothing short of impeccable. The bar area is well situated and is suitably stocked with a myriad of resplendent beverages. The atmosphere, along with the subtle sounds of the contemporary music that was played at just the right listening level, was so accommodating. A dining delight - and a must do for your visit to Airlie."

"We arrived 4.50pm was raining heavily and wanted to have a drink and wait until 5 to order dinner they wouldn't let us upstairs until 5 we were the only ones there, Ordered the beef eye fillet with red wine Jus it was nice! it...was accompanied with mash potato, broccolini and a couple of beans would have been nice to have a couple of baked baby carrots . I just needed a little more. Im not a big eater. Service was friendly enough they were polite. We only went here once."

"We had a wonderful night at the Village Cafe. The setting was lovely with the sparkly lights so right away we were optimistic upon arrival. We were greeted by our waitress for the night, Riena, who proved to be great; she was professional not even needing notes for our order and getting everything perfect; being attentive but giving us space to enjoy a quiet night together and friendly. She did a really good job and added to our night. The food was wonderful. My husband had a hot rock meal where he cooked his seafood platter on the hot stone at the table; the seafood was perfect! Calamari just melted in your mouth and no sauce was needed at all; delight. I ordered two tapas meals and the flavours were delicious. Serving sizes for tapas were just right. Having discovered the Village Cafe Restaurant and Bar, we'll surely be back and hoping to see Riena again. Many thanks, Riena, you added to our night."

"A group of us for my Hen’s came in over the weekend and we cannot recommend the treehouse enough, The staff were so attentive especially the owner who shouted me a drink and well wedding wishes! Thanks you guys for going above and beyond to give us the best food and coffee in Airlie beach, take away lunches and a beautiful vibe for our special weekend away p.s your chef is phenomenal"

"Disappoint. we went from a recommendation and tried the smokehouse. the meat was so dry, it was hard to swallow and the maisbrot was still raw. We thought it had to be a free day, so a few days later went back and tried the brassiere. my partner and the meal of my sohne came out 20 minutes before me, my fish was soggy and they wouldn't even allow me to change my fries to sweet potatoes. the food and the experience were disappointing. unfortunately did not live up to all rave reviews. but the view is breathtaking. service: dine in meal type: dinner price per person: $40–60"
