Pizza Hut Alabaster is really a joke. I've never had a good experience with them. They're always late. I've had pizza delivered twice that looked like the box was shaken and the pizza looked like a ball of crumbled paper. Both times this happened they said sorry and didn't offer a refund or to bring another pizza. The bread is always under cooked. At the moment I'm waiting on a order that's 45 minutes late so far.
