"Pizza Hut Alabaster is really a joke. I've never had a good experience with them. They're always late. I've had pizza delivered twice that looked like the box was shaken and the pizza looked like a ball of crumbled paper. Both times this happened they said sorry and didn't offer a refund or to bring another pizza. The bread is always under cooked. At the moment I'm waiting on a order that's 45 minutes late so far. Order from Domino's and you'll be better off."

"9pm LATE NIGHT DESSERT IS A BEAUTIFUL REWARD AFTER A DAY LIKE THIS WEEK OF UP OF 94 DEGREES,SADLY THUS PLACE HAS LOST MY PATRONAGE. NOT BECAUSE THE FOOD IS BAD, ITS GOOD I ESPECIALLY LIKE THEIR PRETZELS. The reason being that the workers no longer make their food with love . It 's now just slapped together and get out. I ordered the Oreo Dirt Pie large for my brother but they gave me a small while I was upset at that I accepted it because the worker was angry didn 't want to push anything. The pie was very sad looking , no oreo powder and it was just melted chocolate. I hope my case is just some workers bad day so I hope others will have better luck"
