We visited Friday night of the 2023 Octoberfest. The Brauhaus was understaffed and those working ignored us. There was a huge line of people waiting to have their name taken to be seated. Most waited for 20 minutes to be acknowledged before giving up and leaving. At one point a bartender said have you been helped we said no and he walked away without another glance or word.
