I have always loved the cedar ridge bourbon, but now that I have been to the actual winery and distillery I am even further impressed. I was here for a wedding celebration and they did a great job catering to us. Additionally to that we were able to try quite a variety of food and drinks, and everything was better than the next. I'm sorry, but your whiskey is not good. The tour is a waste. You go to one room, get the history, move to another and see current distilling equipment, move back to original room and sample 2 products. The whiskey is bottom shelf. The gin is bland.
