Went today with my partner and baby, I can’t Remember the gentleman’s name but he had a kiwi/South African sounding accent (sorry if I was wrong) but he was great very professional (called me sir), informative, fast and just overall great customer service which is awfully rare nowadays coming from myself who works as a guest host in a hotel!
