terrible experience. personal not helpful, missing information. room felt chic. broken regal in shower. large living cockroaches in the room and in the passage. they were reported to the employees and were careless. I can't believe I had to pay au$250 for this substandard accommodation. not even included breakfast (which I would not have trusted) I checked at 6:30 a.m. and got out as soon as possible.
