I see this truck at Dry Dock North regularly, but it's closed. Yesterday was my lucky day and got there early. I ordered the al pastor burrito and it was great. The salsa they had on the side was the prefect touch of spicy to add. It was cooked to order so I had a short 7 min wait. This is one of the better drunk foods in the area. Quessabirria tacos is one of new favorite foods because it just feels so guilty. The only way it could be better is if it was greasier, and I'm not gonna lie, I would totally welcome that.
