Despite COVID challenges, Bettola has re-opened with appropriate table distancing with staff masked and screening of customers with temperature checks. The scallops with risotto was absolutely delicious. Scallops cooked perfectly and added veggies fit right in. So nice to have tasting sample of a red wine which we then ordered.
