Very disappointed. Within minutes of entering our suite had a list of issues. Safe not working, missing cutlery in kitchen, no slippers, no kettle, very little toilet paper. Reception could not sort any of this until after 9am next day. Not impressed as we arrived around 5pm. If you want dinner in hotel you need to book before 2pm we didnt check in until 5!!
