White Rock Castle Suite from Balchik Menu

What User likes about White Rock Castle Suite:
There is a parking lot next to the hotel, which is a big plus. We had a buffet breakfast (if I'm not mistaken) and it was very tasty. The rooms were very nice, tidy and clean. The service and staff were top notch. There is a shop nearby if you want to buy something extra. Also restaurants. The restaurant also offers the possibility to sit outside and eat and drink in pleasant weather, and there is no-charge WiFi.

What User doesn't like about White Rock Castle Suite:
Very disappointed. Within minutes of entering our suite had a list of issues. Safe not working, missing cutlery in kitchen, no slippers, no kettle, very little toilet paper. Reception could not sort any of this until after 9am next day. Not impressed as we arrived around 5pm. If you want dinner in hotel you need to book before 2pm we didnt check in until 5!! I strongly do NOT recommend the hotel. The only good thing was that we had a sea view. The plug was out and sticking out next to the bed! The curtains were torn...
