This place looks incredible and the atmosphere and vibe seems unparalleled but I think the amount of customers it receives really slows down its focus on the individual customer. We sat down at 1100, ordered (nothing fancy mostly chicken wraps, fries and a few cheeseburgers) and we waited for over an hour and nobody said a thing to us from the original order until we received our food an hour later.
