You get what you pay for. You can't expect high level food for 9.5€, which includes 4 courses, drinks and dessert. So every course is stripped down on quality. If you order noodles with gamba, you get 2 gamba, if you order the duck, it's crumbles of duck. But I can't say it's bad, as you know upfront you can't expect miracles for 9.5€.
