The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming, the food in the restaurant is moreish, the gym and the spa facilities are quite well maintained (taking into account that the hotel is not new at all). No hot water. Reception staff told me to run the sink and shower to stimulate the hot water but it didn't work. We were in a hurry so we had cold showers. They charged me £7 parking on a pre-paid room when we arrived which wasn't mentioned anywhere beforehand.
