I often do take-out from Banya, the sushi is always fresh and their special rolls are also very delicious. We either order for two or for a family of 5 so we tend to over order.We typically do a sushi and sashimi combo a smattering of other rolls. 1st time, horrible!!!! Sushi was good, but rolls tasted looked horrible!! Katsu don looks like porridge. Miso had weird taste watered-down, water tasted weird too(that's why they add lime slices to the drinking water). No need to try, move on. Plenty good sushi in beaverton.Food: 1/5.
