Coffee was excellent. Better than the hundreds of Costa shops that are about, I always come here instead of going to their 'drive thru 's '. Cakes/cold snacks are decent as well. They do have a small outdoor seating area Service is average. The staff seem more interested in their phones than customer service, and can be quite short with customers.
