This shop gives a masterclass in how not to wait on customers. There were five people making cookies or shovelling cookies into (eco unfriendly) boxes, and yet it's a ten minute wait. No one was in charge, or trying to be. Absurd.The cookie I had was so gross weird chemical taste, not really baked, not really a cookie.
