This shop gives a masterclass in how not to wait on customers. There were five people making cookies or shovelling cookies into (eco unfriendly) boxes, and yet it's a ten minute wait. No one was in charge, or trying to be. Absurd.The cookie I had was so gross weird chemical taste, not really baked, not really a cookie. More like an antibiotic flavored pile of sand, for five bucks. read more.

"Today was my second visit. My first visit was great, good customer service from cashier cook. Food was fresh quick. Today was a different story. For having a customer service position, the cashier was pretty rude. I double checked about what came on the stupid fries, she reassured me it only came with whichever flavor I chose. My order was taking longer than she said so I stood up and started reading the menu for my next visit. I noticed the stupid fries did come with another sauce included. I asked her about it she confirmed it did. So why would she tell me it didn’t before I placed the other?? I’m glad I noticed before my food was made. I finally get the food but once I get in my car place the bag on the passenger seat, the tray opens spills everywhere. The tray wasn’t properly snapped shut, I know this for sure because when I cleaned up I closed the tray myself it’s definitely secure when closed right. Overall, I don’t think I’ll be returning because of today’s cashier Arianna."

"This place is very slow. The wait times are outrageous. I will even order on DoorDash so when I get there it’ll be ready. I get there to pick it up when it says it’s ready and still have to wait an HOUR TO GET MY FOOD! Not ok."
