The loaded shrimp empanadas were delicious! If they were not dressed up with cabbage, sour cream, and other greens they would otherwise seem dry. I ordered the green aguachiles, but I could not eat the shrimp, unfortunately. They were raw and there was a dark vein running through most of them.
