Such a great spot for ramen, sushi, and rice bowls. We had the onion tonkatsu and the mayu ramen and both were delicious. The noodles were chewy and ingredients were super fresh. gyoza was cheap frozen gyoza. karaage was old and garlicky taste and was not fresh. ramen suppe doesn't have any deep. the amount of soup base and storage was off, too much water on ramennudel. my soup had no saltiness and umami.
