What Heather Dunmoyer likes about Bansho Ramen:
Such a great spot for ramen, sushi, and rice bowls. We had the onion tonkatsu and the mayu ramen and both were delicious. The noodles were chewy and ingredients were super fresh. The pork belly in the mayu was divine and there was so much of it. Prices were reasonable especially with the portions. Amazing flavor, I'll definitely be back. The service was great too and atmosphere was clean and nice. Nothing super fancy... View all feedback.
What Mittie Walter doesn't like about Bansho Ramen:
gyoza was cheap frozen gyoza. karaage was old and garlicky taste and was not fresh. ramen suppe doesn't have any deep. the amount of soup base and storage was off, too much water on ramennudel. my soup had no saltiness and umami. When you get ramen I prefer marufuku, ippudo. my girl liked Thai tea. View all feedback.
This is the best ramen in Berkeley hands down
order when my husband and I were feeling sick and I think the ramen single handedly cured us both. 100/10. best ramen in the bay
