An Umbadiyu made in 20 mins is a ridiculous joke. Their service is also horrible, even if you order in advance. (Advance half a day before) This kind of thing can only fool travellers on the highway. For reference, a real Umbadiyu takes *at least* 2-4 hours to be made. Using more heat to hasten the process completely burns the whole thing and destroys the taste.
