What GREEN KING doesn't like about Noble Ubadiyu:
An Umbadiyu made in 20 mins is a ridiculous joke. Their service is also horrible, even if you order in advance. (Advance half a day before) This kind of thing can only fool travellers on the highway. For reference, a real Umbadiyu takes *at least* 2-4 hours to be made. Using more heat to hasten the process completely burns the whole thing and destroys the taste. If you like ubadiyu then you should not miss this place. Very tasty and spicy along with butter milk sugar cane juice... don't miss the sugar cane juice... this is a winter delicacy so won't be available after Holi...
