De keuken is vooral efficiënt, de bediening is voorkomend. De vissoep werd al opgediend toen we nog moesten proosten met onze drankjes. Vis en bouillon werden apart opgediend. Dit is aardig voor de show, maar de smaak komt het wat mij betreft niet ten goede. Het hoofdgerecht met gebakken schol heb ik op veel plaatsen beter gegeten.
