"U.a.sind Highlights dieses Restaurants die offen einsehbare Küche und die stilvolle Einrichtung. Ein Besuch mit seinem Vierbeiner ist trotzdem erlaubt und ist somit ein Pluspunkt für Hundebesitzer. Die Speisen sind frisch zubereitet und sehr lecker. Dieses Restaurant können wir nur empfehlen. Wir haben u.a.das Hirschgericht "Robert" sowie die Pasta "Sven" ausprobiert und würden absolut nicht enttäuscht."

"Wir hatten telefonisch reserviert, was allerdings nicht geklappt hatte weil Rugard`s Gourmet, lt. Aussage über kein eigenes Telefon verfügt und man uns für ein anderes Restaurant auf der 5. Etage gebucht hatte. Nach einiger Diskussion bot man uns an, nach 30 Minuten Vorlaufzeit, einen Platz einzuschieben. Wir sind dann für ca. 40 Minuten in die Bar gegangen. Beim erneuten Eintreffen im Gourmet erhielten wir einen Tisch in einer Nische. Außer uns war im Restaurant noch ein Paar, 15 Minuten später traf ein weiteres Paar ein. Die Gästezahl blieb während des gesamten Abends bei 6 Personen. Das Menü das wir erhielten war in seiner Zusammenstellung und Zubereitung als klassisch zu bezeichnen, also nicht innovativ, wenn man von den Engelshaaren (?) auf dem Filet Wellington mal absieht. Seltsam auch noch das zu süße Zitronensorbet das man an unserem Tisch in einer Eierbecherschale, am anderen Tisch jedoch in dreifacher Menge im Sektkelch servierte. Das Dessert mit Schokoladenvariation hat uns dann etwas aufgebaut. Fazit: Die Küche war nach unserer Meinung nicht auf 6 Personen vorbereitet und hat dann versucht das Problem irgendwie zu lösen. Beim nächsten Binzaufenthalt werden wir in einem anderen Restaurant buchen."

"Sehr lecker und saisonal, allerdings ziemlich kleine Portionen. Starter vom Küchenchef, Hauptgang und Nachtisch haben zum Satt werden nicht gereicht. Dornfelder 2010 war einfach zu sauer. Sehr freundliche Bedienung."

"Definitely worth reserving a table since this is a popular place. We had a table outside on the lower level (be sure to specify the promenade level if that's important to you) which was fine, albeit very dimly lit (just the one small candle). Food...was really good, although ready pretty quickly so probably somewhat already prepared. Portions were just right for us, can see how big eaters (other reviews) might find them not enough. "Busy restaurant. Menu is only burgers. Got a table straightaway. Ordered drinks and food. Drinks arrived after half hour, food took more than an hour. It was only a burger without the bun, a mayo type sauce, salad leaves tipped out of a bag, and chips. It was hardly a complicated order so don't understand the delay."

"We tried another restaurant but no tables were available. We passed Nixe and managed to book a table. This was the second night and what a truly wonderful experience. We started with the foreleg and then had risotto between us. For the main course we...had fish and lamb. The waiter recommende a great wine. However, during the dinner the chef sent us a number of dishes to taste. I was truly surprised to find such a wonderful restaurant in Binz and would certainly recommend it."

"Jedna se o velice prijemnou restauraci, ktera ma predni i zadni zahradku, vyber jidelnicku je dostacujici, jidla jsou velice dobra a jejich priprava je velice rychla - zazemi 5ti hvezdickoveho hotelu je znat. Ceny nejdou nijak premrstene k mistnim pomerum. Cistota je ukazkova, personsl je velice vstricny a pratelsky. Kdyz budete mit cestu, urcite se zastavte a nasajte trochu luxusu. Restaurace ma dobry detsky koutek. Jen pozor na parkovani, ktereho je zde pomalu."
