When I arrived, only one employee was behind the counter. After some time, a male employee comes from the bathroom and goes back. The lady who works did her best, but the restaurant was crowded. Worse Subway in the Tri-Cities. There has never been a time when I have went that something hasn't went wrong. I either stand in line for 15-20 minutes to get my order or order online (to avoid this) and they don't get the order right or have a sandwich listed they haven't offered for over a month.
