When I arrived, only one employee was behind the counter. After some time, a male employee comes from the bathroom and goes back. The lady who works did her best, but the restaurant was crowded. When the man came into the opposite, he was in the register, even though she had several sandwiches waiting there Veggies when she was still working to get the order for the couple before me. What User doesn't like about Subway:
Worse Subway in the Tri-Cities. There has never been a time when I have went that something hasn't went wrong. I either stand in line for 15-20 minutes to get my order or order online (to avoid this) and they don't get the order right or have a sandwich listed they haven't offered for over a month. Poor management and poor customer service. read more.
