Hawkins used to definitely be five stars, their quality and attention to detail seems to be lacking lately. Prices have gone up because of COVID, which is understandable. Recently I ordered breakfast potatoes with no gravy (just cheese) and, I'll admit, I hadn't expected my potatoes to be topped with ~cold~ cheese ?.
