"Sockeye Brewing ?????????? On 9/24/21, KM and I had a late lunch at Sockeye in Boise. I had an amazing Reuben sandwich $13.50), one of the best I?ve had in ages. It was a classic version and everything about it was perfection. KM had the Halibut Fish Chips, a special that is only available on Fridays. I didn?t try the fish and chips, but I did try the tartar sauce. One of the things it was notable about it was that it was a true savory tartar sauce, instead of the overly sweet ones that most restaurants tend to put out. The fish and chips were excellent! The service was outstanding! Highly Recommended!!!"

"Delicious food and great dine in experience! I love the indoor outdoor feel. We technically sat inside with water mist to help combat the hot weather just outside of the non-existent wall separating the inside from outside. The wings are a must try! I kid you not, these are fall off the bone wings. I've been to other restaurants that advertise fall off the bone meat and this one literally delivers. We take one bite and the rest of the meat comes clean off the bone. On one of the wings, the meat fell off when my husband picked it up off the plate. The chipotle bbq sauce was finger licking good! We also got the chimi flank and cod and chips. The flank steak was cooked exactly as we asked and it's hard to choose whether the sauce or mashed potatoes were better; both so yummy. The cod tasted fresh and flaked so nicely. I highly recommend getting it with the slaw."

"This is a no-frills burger joint that doesn't try to be anything else. They've got a relatively straightforward menu that will fill you up. The Green chile burger is delicious, as well as all their breakfast burritos. Based on their starting wage, itseems like the employees are treated well, which is a big draw for me."
