Beautiful location , nightmarish customer service. Some cabins have no heat or hot water, and this was not disclosed to guests. With the temperature dropping to the 40s at night, they wouldn't accommodate families with young children or elderly people by moving them to open and available rooms that had heat, without trying to upcharge people.
