Stayed at the hotel and booked dinner in the restaurant. HUGE disappointment. Game Terrine was dry and flavourless. Rump steak I ordered medium rate. Arrived cremated. Waitress took it away. Replacement arrived 10 minutes later also cremated. Menu said onion rings but received fried onions. Mandarin cheesecake and waitresses were the saving grace. We have eaten here on many occasions and our last visit was the best yet. The new menu is great...
