I found Moose & Gibson while browsing the map for a Sunday coffee spot. Three of us went for coffee and my Long Black was great. Also order a pot of tea and a cappuccino. The staff were friendly and attentive and very much seemed to be enjoying work. Think they must've changed owners or management ... went there for breakfast and menu is completely different ... very basic menu (bacon eggs on toast, avocado on toast, mushroom bruschetta to name a few) and hand written on a piece of paper.
