"Given the number of places in the area catering for the healthy food market you would think that a relatively new establishment would be trying to attract and retain customers with consistently great products and excellent service. When I asked a couple of questions regarding...the products they had in their cabinet (including what the flavours were as they weren't labeled) I received serious attitude. As I was in a rush and didn't have time to go elsewhere I went ahead and purchased said unknown item but was disappointed that it was shoved in a bag without care (where it dismantled). There was nothing particularly outstanding about my unnamed raw treat and the service certainly wouldn't be reason to return."

"Around my place of work are a number of coffee shops and restaurants catering to a large number of office workers and tradepersons and they all vie for your business. i used to go to the Defiant Duck to have a takeaway coffee, or to sit in and for informal meetings. The coffee is good however the service is slack and I constantly find myself at odds about continuingto frequent the place. In the end even good coffee cannot replace poor service."
