This restaurant is just awful. I wonder why they haven't shut down yet. I've eaten here 3 times in all the years I've lived in this neighborhood and the food never looks fresh. The rice is always dark yellow and the bean sprouts and onions always look grey. Their shrimp always taste weird. Everything is disgusting.
